So glad I purchased this juicer versus spending hundreds of dollars on one. This one does exactly what I need it do without breaking the bank. Great value for money. Easy to assemble and easy clean up. Now, my husband and I can enjoy the health benefits of fresh juice. Also, like the fact that it’s not loud like my other machine. It has enough power to where I don’t have to cut everything in super small pieces, which makes juicing a lot easier. Only wish the power cord was located in the back versus the front. A bit awkward, but other than that, all is good. If you’re new to juicing, this would be the perfect one to get.

The juicer initially seemed to be wonderful until we reached the cleaning step and realized the chute for 'waste' has two issues... One, the food gets stuck just inside it so bad it's gets tangled (celery, etc) so tightly it's difficult to clear even with a sharp knife. Two, it gets jammed up so much near the rubber 'stop' at the chute exit that is also unable to be properly cleaned fully. That opening is too small and when we tried to reach in to clear it, we then cut our finger on the sharp plastic. Because of these issues it's unable to be thoroughly washed and cleaned out and becomes unsanitary. It's defective. ALSO...we tried to return the item with the 30 day period but they (Amazon/manufacturer??) cut the return period short and said we missed the return date. After ZERO help and multiple attempts with Amazon directly (clearly proving it was within time frame) Amazon would do absolutely nothing but said contact manufacturer, which we did, the manufacturer responded Amazon should return since within 30 days. It became a vicious cycle of NOBODY willing to do the return. Instead they kept passing the buck. I'm the end Amazon said it's up to the manufacturer to handle and they've chosen to do nothing. So we have an unsafe, unsanitary juicer and they kept our money. Poor customer service and will never buy from them again.

I love the fact that I am able to load this juicer with either chopped or whole fruit & walk away! Although there are issues with certain vegetables not juicing all the way, (beet pineapple celery that I’ve noticed) the convenience, ease of use, ease of cleaning, the machines sturdiness, and just overall performance aside of particular fruits, I mainly enjoy this juicer! It gets quality juice from what’s out inside, and a bit of patience with more stringy items is definitely necessary, as they tend to get sick at the bottom, or just different loading techniques should help alleviate what may get stuck at the bottom. With its capacity I’ve been able to make 10 16oz juices in a short amount of time! It’s well thought out narrow and clean line design also helps to make it not such an eyesore as it sits on the counter top. Rated a four because it does have a tendency to accumulate fruit in undesirable places once you’re done juicing. Could be a partial design flaw, that doesn’t really affect juicing, just the cleaning process!

Plugged in the juicer - excited to get going after waiting for it to arrive for some time. The juicer looked fab but it didn’t work. Nothing happened. Now trying to establish how I am supposed to return it (it’s quite big). Disappointed and another reminder not to buy these types of large electrical goods online - regardless of the slightly cheaper price.

Product quality was not up to the mark. Really dissapointed !! As per the price the produt is really disgusting!!
