I will say this is one product I took the whole bottle. I'm going to order another one. The price is perfect. The pills are easy to swallow. I feel energetic and there's no side effects and I feel hydrated and they do not taste bad. My body feels more refreshed and I have no pain and the effects of the pills work. I'm glad I ordered.

Large tablets make this difficult to swallow especially if dehydrated. I usually do t have an issue swallowing pills but had to resort to using yogurt for ease of getting these down. These contain all the important electrolytes for effective nutrition comparable to Gatorade. Fair price point for these Hydration tablets makes it an easy choice to assist where water isn’t enough. I didn’t notice a taste at all but maybe a tinge of vitamin-like essence

I would like for the pill to be smaller and coated. However, no problem swallowing it. The supplement resolved my issue, which I've had off and on for 5 years...constant dizziness because I was low on sodium. I would recommend this but talk to your dr first. I only take one a day and that works for me.

I’m sure these work great for some but this product gave me horrible reactions. Itching was the worst then there was the warmth my body was producing. Just stay cautious

I havent felt this good in a long time. Ive been severely dehydrated and have been putting off a hospital visit as long as I can. Constantly dizzy, headaches, lethargy, feeling awful - I pinched my skin and it didnt move back - it was getting that serious. Water and gatorade were not helping. I purchased these as a last resort before going to get IV hydration at the hospital and wow! I feel amazing again! I cannot recommend this product enough! Game changer! New addition to my health routine! So grateful I found these!
