Can you put a plug on this???

Yes you can put a plug on these. We bought two for our garden and my hubby put a safe waterproof switch outside. Very pleased with them.

How long is the cable that comes with it please

Short, comes a little way from the bottom of the lamp, we bought an extension which can easily be wired into the bottom of the lamp. Without that you’d have to have your lamp where plug socket is.
