TLDR I love it. This is my first espresso machine, I had it in my wishlist for like 7 years, the instructions were very appreciated! The shots it has produced for the past month and some change have all been consistently smooth as well. It fits perfect where our old drip coffee maker used to go, the counter had a bit unused space and now it looks like it always belonged there. Despite using filtered water I did have to descale it a few days ago, but that's just from brewing so much. I bought this while it was on sale, which was still a pretty penny, BUT it's pretty sweet. I could not be happier. Far exceeded my expectation. All of my large cups fit under the shot extraction site. Clean, streamlined easy to use. Love the attachment for the bean grinds. NO messes.
