Very disappointed – stopped working after 1 month, no warranty
Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this camera at the end of October 2025, and after only one month it started showing an error and completely stopped printing photos. The camera keeps showing “refill film” even though the film cartridge is full and correctly inserted. I tried removing and reinserting the film multiple times, but it does not work at all. The most frustrating part is that there is no warranty support, so I spent 760 AED for a product that became unusable after just one month. This is unacceptable for a camera at this price point. I do not recommend this product unless proper warranty and quality control are guaranteed.
