FIT. I have read plenty of the reviews. I see this as the prolem with the product: there are 2 measurements that should be taken, the wrist circumference and the thumb circumference. Both have to fit for the product to fit. For myself the wrist I purchased was just fine ( 6.75 inches, medium). My thumb is evidently not a medium in circumference. Within a short period of time, the thumb was swollen from the first knuckle up. Unusable. Velpeau id probably doing well on the profit from the non-returned product.

Fit was good, but it didn't provide enough compression in the right places.

My wrist measurement is the beginning of recommended size medium and end of size small. I ordered the medium. It doesn’t have any compression worthwhile. It stretches. Not worth the money.

I just picked up my thumb braces because Purolator did not deliver them, they left them at a Hub for pick up 20 minutes away when I have a hub 2 minutes away down the street, and they didn't even tell me which hub they where left at. Thank goodness the hub they left them at called me. We have hubs all over the City. I was not impressed with Purolator's service at all. Be aware. The thumb braces aren't bad but they are too big. Usually I wear a medium but they are too big around and they have no wire coming up the side of your thumb for support. So I just sewed them down the side to make them tighter which does help to give a little more support. But I would never buy them again.
