About the Author Tami Egonu is a proud bibliophile with a penchant for naughty but tasty food and overpriced cocktails, much to the amusement of the many characters residing in her head who get up to all sorts of mischief, depending on how potent the cocktail (they think it’s a hoot that she’s now writing in the third person). When she isn’t eating or drinking, Tami loves to take long walks (it helps her hips and head to stay on track) and she adores travelling to all points of this precious earth. Lovely escapism
Very enjoyable romance set in England and America. Lots of interesting engaging characters. Good plot twists which make you think about the characters and their actions. Great escapism if you enjoy period dramas, family dynamics and romances that keep you guessing.

Beautiful writing
I'm so torn on this book. I loved the writing & the ending was perfect, but I had a hard time with the cheating. I found the pace was a bit too fast in some places making it a bit confusing at time. Overall though it was a good book & this author writes so beautifully that the parts that weren't for me we're overshadowed and I found that I was already finishing the book. I would recommend this book to those who enjoy romance novels.

Very enjoyable romance novel
I could hardly put it down, especially as it got closer to the end. I haven’t read a good romance in a while but this one kept my interest! The interactions among the family members were interesting and realistic. I will watch for other books from this author.
