This product does work and I am amazed! I have always felt bloated after eating certain foods such as veggies or milk products. I have also LOOKED bloated. When I began taking this product, I actually SAW a difference in my stomach. I was no longer bloated and didn't feel bloated. I take it nightly. 5/5 I am going to re-order!

I've tried a variety of enzyme brands and this one is among the best. I originally tried their original strength enzymes and those work great, so I figured I'd get the extra strength a try. I find these work really well when you're having a particularly tough time digesting heavy meals or dairy products if you're lactose intolerant. And the dosage is just 1 pill instead of 2. They've worked very well for me each time I've taken them and would absolutely recommend them.

This really helped ease bloating and discomfort after heavy meals. I noticed a difference fairly quickly, and they’re easy to take. Only reason it’s 4 stars is that the effect isn’t dramatic every time—but overall, a solid option if you need a little digestive support!

I originally purchased regular strength will little help to my bloat. Saw the extra strength and thought maybe that's what I needed. Nope. About a hundred dollars later and no results. Reached out to the company and they said 8 week to weeks results, I was 12 weeks in at that point, no 2 inches of less bloating in my waist line and no weight loss as other's in reviews have said happened to them. I eat healthy and avoid rich, inflammatory foods and nothing from this overpriced, enzyme. Save your money. There are more affordable digestive enzymes that work better on bloating. They do smell good, that's the only positive thing I can say

I don’t usually write reviews but here we go… I took the flatter me along with the Berberine. I took them both twice a day for 4 days. By the 3rd day I was constantly running to the bathroom. That lasted for about 8 days in total but got just a little better each day. Day 5 and 6 were miserable. I don’t want to say they don’t work because I suppose if this is what people mean when they say it’s effective …then yeah it’s super effective. Maybe I didn’t really need it ? Maybe it just wasn’t right for me ? Best of luck to you if you try it. I wasted $60.
