Q: There's a turbo switch but is there any way to slow down the mixer? The lowest setting ends up throwing the cake mixture all over the place

The lowest setting is way to fast. There is no way to slow down the speed. Speed 1 seems the same as speed 5.

Q: Where can I purchase dough hooks for this model?

Not sure if if you can, i have seen a 150w model that comes with hooks. This is 250w model so would of thought it would be ok using short bursts

Q: Will this take 1-2 months for delivery?
