This wf-1000xm5 is truly incredible, I don't know why people rated this low. ANC is Top notch current times it is out throned by xm6 and apple airpods. If you are a android user this wf-1000 line up is the best tws you can buy. In sale i am able to grab this at 14.4k which is totally worth. Note: This AUDIOPHILE grade, not for Someone who prefer bass oriented although enough bass is there. Hires codec LDAC is there even with dual device pair. Spatial Headtracking is something to experience. In the comfort side, it is very comfortable, light weight suitable for long session. Total 4 pairs of eartips are porvided and it is memory foam, some people liked it some don't. Mic is also top notch. Battery life is still in testing. There are tons of feature and customisation in sony sound connect app***(will update this review after one month) *THIS IS AUDIOPHILE GRADE TWS* *IF YOU ARE NOT INTO THIS TYPE USER HEAVY BASS TYPE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE*

Person who think about in these range of tws choose any tws rather than sony wf1000xm5, I told you by my experience and waste of money buying this tws. I never ever recommend to anyone to buy sony Call quality :- worst quality even person who talking on the other side they didn't hear anything with tws even sound muffled through these sony tws wf1000xm5, there's also have option to cut the muffled options still, it won't work. And our own voice double during calling. Evenif they were said best anc in market.. yes I agree but "Best anc from in ranking, if ranking goes to 1st to 1000 than I ll give you 1001 ranking is for sony wf1000xm5" Value :- if you get 2k to 3k you can buy for song listening purpose without activated anc.. because anc didn't work ever. If you seating in room with active anc you can still hear sound of your fan running worst part you can still hear sound of you wall clock running.. "that level of anc very well worked" Clarity :- I give 4 star out of 5 star only for sound Clarity. Respond from amazon :- I bought online through amazon I get product with 2 days and I requested to amazon in 1st day to received product for return product n give me money back. Policy change they can't accept the return at all.. Even they told you to go to service center and service center gives denied later than 1% chance to your product return accept but that all process with in week done than they Respond you in positive way ... That's not gone happened.. Chances are 0% to get return your product. Respond from sony center :- First of when go to service center explained the entire scenario They didn't except product in these product... I explained them anc not working properly n call sound muffled and extra environmental come out through sony wf1000xm5 They didn't accept. After 1hr of argument they ready to observe product. They take 26th day to observe product than after they called me and collect the product.. They were said we replace eartips with silicone tip, so that's product not occurred.. I was said i didn't accept the product., give me denied later. Again they were said to me give me 2- 3 days I ll check new product for you to check.. They called me after 10days. Said we have brand new product For to check. I was reach the sony center and check brand new product same problem with my tws. That's means entire line up faulty/worst product.. I didn't accept product. I listened to them I have oneplus earbud pro worth rs 8k. I just check to them just check anc compared to sony product.. They were said it's different product may be slighter extra worked anc .. I didn't accept the product and I run out the store. Again sony service , a'bad Calling me and talking to me sony service center head technician said,. Your product way better than sony wf1000xm5 in calling- anc.. I have recording of that conversation.. Sony technician accept that. Still i don't any choice rather than accepting my product. Entire lineup failed product.. Again I share my experience and I spend 21k in these tws not to buy... All youtube video is paid not don't trust on them.

Using these for about 3 months now. And below are my observations. Using the ANC earbuds for the second time. Have tried the Bose QC25 before. Also have used earbuds before:- # Ear Tips: Very comfortable, soft and secure. Continous wearing of 4-5 hours did not result in any discomfort for me. I could've wore them for longer easily. Also it feels like they'll fall of but it never happened for me even while walking jogging. Make sure you wear and take them off slowly as per the instructions. Rough usage can cause ear pain or injury. Using the extra small tips and they create a perfect seal for me as per the app. Only thing is when you laugh/speak or bend your head the air tight seal is broken sometimes temporarily and the background noise starts coming in again until you move your head back in position or stop speaking. Maybe i need to use larger eartips for a more secure fit but will stick with smaller for now. However i'm worried how long will the ear tips last and if you can buy replacement ones. # Noise cancellation: Its impressive and can vanish off the noises like that of treadmill, automotive engines, horns and white noise around 90%. Also it feels like it boosts speech while watching movies, etc which makes whatever you're listening to clearer in any situation. One thing i feel is these are designed for western environments. As they'll not cancel out the noise of creaking doors, clunky indian trains and buses while you're riding them or even your angry spouse ;p. # Battery Life: Again impressive as they easily last for 3-4 hours and charge very quickly upto half if you need it. One thing again i worry about is lack of any battery charging management and control. If you use them 3-4 times daily and put them back in they start charging every time upto 100%. They don't have any battery prolonging featurel like you have in phones where it charges only upto 85% and charges when it goes below a certain percentage. # Audio Quality: It sounds and feels great and i use LDAC on my phone and these. I've tried some audiophile tracks as well which sound great but i'm no sound engineer so can't go there. All in all expensive but worth it if they can last 3-4 years. Provided the ear tips and the battery last that long. And yes they are better than old bose headphones i've used briefly but didn't own them as ANC was not at a level they could make a difference for me like these. Maybe the new bose are good but don't think they'll be as comfortable without these ear tips. But i could be wrong as haven't tried yet.

Review after 2 years of usage I have a Daily usage of about 1~3 hours. Audio quality is excellent. Battery is great. Battery never runs out if you charge the case every 2-3 days. Even after 2 years no battery degradation so far. Sound quality of earbud is not as rich as headphone, but in general great for a earphone. Bass is good, not great. Noise cancellation on these earbuds is not as great as the Sony noise cancelling headphone but is okay. On aeroplanes the cancellation is okayish. You can still hear stuff. Mic quality is good. Have taken office calls with this. Overall good premium purchase if you can afford this.

I must preface this by saying that I love the sound of these earbuds, and they provide great ANC; the DSEE Extreme works great with compressed audio; and if your device supports LDAC, the uncompressed audio is at par with what I experience with a wired audio technica studio headphones (except that the sony has much more bass). Every feature on a technical level is brilliant. Listening to FLAC files is great. The only huge part that bothers me a lot is the comfort of wearing it. Since the reviews at sites like Amazon don't highlight it, I was confused when I wore them. Googled this and reddit is full of people like me who find these uncomfortable, with many people getting itchiness in their ear. Sony has used this new scratchy foam type buds that are supposed to squeeze into your canals and expand inside, thereby creating a seal for the best noise cancellation: except that these buds irritate the ears a lot for some people. And they dont even do what it claims every time. It is supposed to provide a secure fit by getting into your ear, but the tips squeezed inside the canal are all that's holding up these very light buds, creating this phantom feeling that they might drop out at any second, even if they dont. The buds dont rest into the ear naturally and need to be twisted and pushed into the ear, and if you dont do that properly, they'll start sliding out slowly over time and actually fall out once in a while. I tried out multiple eartip sizes provided within the package so that they dont slide out, and it turned out that my left ear is a size medium and right a large, but even then it feels like i cant wear these are forget about them for longer than 2-3 hours, either because my ear gets itchy, or that I have to check if it's falling out or not. I had order a third party silicon-foam hybrid eartips from a brand called HiFiGo, so that I could have longevity in wearing these in a day, but I feel it's an absurd concept to purchase better tips after buying a 25k product. I have used chinese buds from tronsmart worth 2k that were more comfortable to wear, even if I sleep in them. You can't sleep in the Sony since it's a bit bulky on outside. The airpods pro are so much more comfortable at the same price range, even if their audio might not be a direct comparison. I don't know, I guess I expected a more ergonomic design that I didn't have to worry about falling out or invest in third party stuff to make it comfortable. All I would say that the comfort is really person dependant rather than a unanimous thing one would assume, so you should definitely try if it works for you before investing so much into this. If it suits your ear, the audio and every other feature is great.

Exceptional Sound quality. Awesome Noise cancellation. Comfortable eartips but as all of them say chances of wearing out is still there but keeping that aside one of the best tws available in the market right now hands down.

Sound quality is phenomenal, but you have ensure they sit securely inside your ear, and gap will severely affect the noise cancelling and sound quality. THey have worked well on runs, rides, and in the gym. So overall great product.

The best buds I have ever owned, and I have owned many, incuding the top brands.They have all the features I've always wanted but never managed to find. Comfortable to wear, excellent noise cancelling or if you prefer, excellent pass through if you need to hear around you. Deep satisfying base tones as well as excellent response in the higher ranges. Long battery life and a charging case that can extend usage and itself can be wirelessly charged. And many more features.
