My favorite double sided tape. I've ordered a couple of times the same product. It always has lasted longer than other brands

I make about 300 greeting cards a month to donate to our Soldiers. I have this item set up on Subscribe & Save. The last few boxes have had a white gritty substance in them that sticks to the two sided tape and creates sticking problems plus lumps. I don’t know if the gritty substance is a by product of the way the tape is made, packaged or shipped. Help?

These work great for scrapbooking. It’s the only tape I’ll use to hold my pictures down. Others don’t seem to hold as well.

If I could give this a negative -1 star, I would. This is a non workable, flawed, product. Absolute junk! Do not buy it. You get about 8"- 12" inches of it working properly and think, " This is great" and a second later the tape refuses to move and dispense double sides tape and will not work. The tape converts to single sided tape. Theonly way to get anything out of it is to manually yank on the tape and cut strips of it off from the active roll coming out of the dispenser. Then you can manually lay the strips onto the paper leaving some hanging off the object and then pull off the strip. You get glue all over your hands and the remaining balled up sticky tangle of strips stick to your hand, to throw it away.

I really like this product but today I had just started using these and both came apart after the 3rd or 4th run. Very disapointed, as there is no way to reconnect them. I have orderd 2 12 packs. So hopefully I don't come accross anymore like these. Looking into another brand. I really like how it glues the papers together and how easy it is to use. But I am going to be going through a lot of tape in the next 6 months. I need every bit of it. I would like to contact the manuacturer but find no contact info!
