Just as good as the more expensive 522 refills
There's no difference in functionality print speed or quality between this and the more expensive name brand 522 refills. Pic quality is clean and clear.Quick and easy to fill the tank with the applicator tip.

Great on office paper, but not good on glossy
After we used up the Epson brand ink, we refilled with this. But while it looks just as good as the Epson ink on plane white office paper, It looks completely different from the Epson ink when printing on glossy photo style paper. The reds are over saturated and the blacks are muted. Using higher quality settings just makes it worse because the colored ink bleeds.
