Love my new toilet!!! Pretty simple to install and it comes with the wrench as well. The back side of the toilet could be higher but I know it was sized to make space. The water flushes strong and it’s really a good fit to smaller bathrooms.

I decided to buy two Horow toilets after a long search online. The price and quality met my expectations. Visually, it's modern and pleasing to the eye.The height is perfect, especially for those with lower back problems. Installation was smooth and easy, according to the installer. Communication with the seller was excellent. The flushing system is robust and leak-free. I highly recommend this toilet.

This a wonderful toilet. Flushes fast. Nice modern look. My Plumber was highly impressed with it and has recommended it to his clients. Going to be so easy to clean around it. I’m just about to buy another one for the other bathroom.

I appreciate that this company accommodates older constructions with a 10" rough. Plus, it’s the lowest height I could find, which is important for me since I have some molding on top that I don't want to remove. One additional feature I would have liked is a side-mounted command, but I suppose you can't have everything. I did have some trouble figuring out how to connect and adjust the dual flush system, but the toilet itself looks great and is easy to clean. Once I sorted everything out, it has performed well. Overall, I would recommend it for its design and ease of maintenance.

If you need a 10" rough in toilet options are limited. This toilet seems to work fine. It is quiet and the seat does close quietly. Installation is easy. I was worried about being able to align it without being able to see the bolts, but it ended up being easy enough. I used a danco wax ring replacement, so I did not need to get it perfectly aligned on the first attempt. With a traditional wax ring it would be much more challenging to do solo. My main issue is that the base is not flat. This is not a huge problem, but it does mean that you will likely need some shims to get it perfectly level. It is also a little ridiculous that replacing the seat requires either having room to reach behind the unit to access the hidden toilet seat screws or otherwise remove it from the floor. Despite those flaws, I would recommend as there just aren't many options at this price point.

looks great very contemporary but super heavy to move…. plumber wasn’t happy about the weight since it’s a one piece unit. but once installed it’s great.

We ordered two of these toilets to replace the old ones in our fixer upper. Anything would have been better than what we had, but our priorities for toilet functions were flushing power and being easy to clean. The toilet bowl doesn’t hold a lot of water, which is a perk for cleaning but we questioned whether it would be more difficult to flush everything down. Hasn’t been an issue at all. We’re a family of 5 and this toilet gets a 10/10 for flushing power/capabilities and being easy to clean and keep clean. The flush is also quiet, the soft close toilet seat closes softly during the chaos of the day and the wee hours of the night, install was straightforward for a husband who had never installed a toilet before, the comfort height is comfortable for adults and toddlers alike (keep a stool nearby), and you can appreciate the intuitive flush design that says the smaller button is for less water and the bigger button is for more water. We saw a lot of other reviewers complain about the toilet seat being wiggly and needing to get the upgrade. We may upgrade in the future but we don’t see the toilet seat being an issue for us anytime soon. Special note on phenomenal customer service: We installed one toilet about a month before we tried to install the second. (We had a baby come six weeks early.) It turned out that the second toilet needed the 10” rough-in. It was after our return window had closed, but the customer service for this company went above and beyond to accept our return, send us the 10”-rough-in replacement, and offered things we never would have even asked for to make our lives easier. They responded to all of our messages thoroughly and quickly. Happy to support a company that goes above and beyond to support their customers, and comforted to know that if we ever do have any issues then they will be easy to contact. Overall, we’re beyond pleased with these toilets and the customer service of this company. Did I mention that we price-shopped and the price was the best on Amazon?

This is a very nice and comfortable toilet I have ever used but it needs a good manual and should come with a ratchet wrench or any tool to lock the bolts., I don't know why, but every time I go to the bathroom, I feel like that I'm in a five-star hotel bathroom. It has a 17" tall seat and a larger bowl which greatly reduces my wife's cleaning complaints Half year later , my toilet is still like new because it is very easy to clean , so I just bought one more to replace my three years old Glacier Bay - One Piece toilet also , since Horow is much easy to clean, every single flash , you can see the difference of the cleaning result (Nice Fluid mechanics and design of smooth surfacesthe) push button much solid compare with Glacier -Bay ( start shaking and leaking)

Been a few months of use, love the product. Came with everything needed to install. A helping hand and a YouTube video should be good to install it yourself.

Beautiful, compact toilet. Love the design. Bought it for a small bathroom (10” rough-in) and it fits perfectly. A bit tricky to secure to the floor, but all of the ones in this style are.

Best water efficient toilet I can find. The first delivery arrived with broken base, the seller sent another one without any condition in several days, old one no need to be returned. Have it installed and 100% satisfied so far.
