Ive been taking this for about 2 months now and I can feel and see a difference. Its reduced bloating greatly, I've been steadily losing weight, not dramatically, but enough to notice. I havent added in an additional exercise or change my lifestyle at all. The pill is a bit large so if you struggle with that it might not be for you. I havent noticed any side effects, nor do I feel like it's really effected my sleep. The ingredients seem to pair well and be effective. Little pricey but overall worth it.

Definitely tightens you up. I.E. this does, in fact, make your mitochondria more efficient, assuming you respond positively. Likely best cycled.

I was taking another brand but this one seems to be easier for my digestion to tolerate. I think it might actually be more effective, but there is no real way to prove this. I would give it 5 stars except it is so much more expensive than a lot of other berberines, but I'm not sure they were doing anything so ultimately this might be cheaper because it is actually working? who knows.

Any supplement you have to be VERY careful. You have to trust the brand for actually delivering what they say. Do the research so you know you are buying the right thing and not the wrong formulation that your body can not even absorb AND it has to be at a price that does not cause your wallet to cry. Solary was all those things. Will continue to buy. Not sure if the Berberine is actually helping... trusting the studies, but this is the right formulation and the company has no scandals to their name (good rep) at a good price.

I started taking berberine at the end of March after reading about all the positive effects it can have on the body. About 2 weeks into taking it, I started getting severely nauseous and fatigue. Not knowing what was going on, I stopped taking it because of how nauseous I became. When I felt better, I'd go back to taking the berberine. The next day, the nausea/fatigue was back. After 1.5 weeks of the cycling symptoms, I started vomiting. Same cycling continued. I would take the berberine when I felt better, then sick the next day. Not realizing this was the berberine, because it was part of my other supplements, I went to the doctor. After all of my blood work came back fine and xray, we still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I did have 2 urine tests that were fine, except I was showing ketones in my urine, even though I was eating carbs. After a long night of vomiting, I haven't taken the berberine since then and I have been 100% back to normal. It finally clicked that the issue was the berberine. I have never had any natural supplement cause that much GI problems before. I know every body is completely different, but this just a warning sign to watch out for when you start taking this!

Worked better than metformin. Insulin resistance is different in people with pcos and this worked a lot faster, I confirmed with my Dexcom. My only regret was not knowing about it sooner.
