This is a great suitcase to carry on international travel. It zips down to standard carry on size and expands if you make purchases on your trip. It rolls well and is stable. Seems to be good quality but we have only used it for one trip.

It’s functional and the smallest size fit in carryon. I have not yet used expanded sizes. One problem is the rolling isn’t as firm and steady as in luggage that isn’t as soft sided; sometimes the rolling veers off a bit. Hopefully this will be corrected. I’ve only used it once but look forward to using it for shopping trips; then I will use expanded sizes and can update my review.

This bag has held up really well. The zippers and material are sturdy; expanding the bag is easy; no problems with the wheels and handle. Excellent!

Exactly what I was looking for. Right at the maximum size for carry-on bags. I've used it as a carry-on with United, Delta, American, Alaska and Southwest with no issues. Behind able to expand the bag and check the back on the flight home has been used several times as well. Often you need more space going home, this bag is perfect. It's also durable, where many bags fall apart after just a few flights, this has been used 17 times and still operates the way it did when new.

I rated this three stars and here is why. When going through the airport and stopping the suitcase kept falling over. This would have been better if it had 4 wheels. I’m not sure why it kept falling down but it did. This was a nuisance. Other than that I really love these pans comfort design and the fact that this suitcase held a lot

I've had this suitcase as my carry-on companion for 2 years now and it has held up to the traveling that I have done over those years. I travelled about 8 times during those 2 years and it had held up to being tossed around and stuffed into tight car trunks. The wheels are similar to in-line skates and are smooth rolling and have tolerated being rolled on various surfaces from smooth concrete to cobblestone sidewalks. The zippers are smooth and are able to take abuse. I do drug this thing and the zippers didn't flinch. It could use more pockets and storage compartments, but I usually have a backpack for that. I intend to get another Hanke luggage if this one ever wears out lol

I used this while traveling in Italy, and I really liked it, it holds a lot of things, including the souvenirs I brought home. I would recommend this bag if you need a good bag. The only problem is that it got very heavy and too wide, so I had to take some stuff out and rearrange it, and put something in my other bag. It is also very expensive, I did not like the price.

I like this bag because it is expandable as needed. Not the nicest bag but serves its purpose well for a low cost larger expanding bag for trips where you need it.
