Great item for as a workout tool for low maintenance workouts, it will make you sweat. I would order a size bigger cause I order my size and had to send back cause I could barely close, looked like a 10 pound sausage in a 5 pound bag. 😂 So I’m usually a XL had to send back for 2 XL .
