Protalus T75 Shoe Insole, Mobility, Support, Shock Absorbing, Foot Alignment - Women’s 5.5-6

First few days my feet were sore. This is expected. The first couple days I felt like the insole was in a wrong position or I felt it wasn’t staying near my heel. They were, it was just the pressure of the new support on my feet. After the third day the soreness went away. The insoles definitely stay where they need to be. My feet feel great so far! PLEASE READ THE BREAK IN AND FOLLOW IT PRIOR TO JUDGING THE PERFORMANCE OF INSOLE. I tried these out after my chiropractor recommended I get insoles to help with my recovery and maintain. So far I am very pleased, great quality, I’m able to transfer this model between my work shoes and regular everyday shoes. I will be buying these for my family members!

I bought these to replace my worn out Dr Scholls inserts. Since I was used to having inserts there was no break in period. I find that the Protalus seem to help better in the alignment of my feet and body. Thank you!

These have helped me with chronic back pain to some degree. They are better than the $20 kind you can buy at the drug store, and they do provide a fairly good level of stability, but I'm not quite sure they're worth the money.
