It was deformed but works okay for now
When I first installed it on my kaabo mantis king GT The tire was very wobbly and completely unstable so I had To soak it in hot water and flatten it and I had to ride it on 0 PSI for a mile for it to completely stabilize, The tire itself is pretty good quality rubber it was just deformed. 7/10

Wears fast, very fast.
Not TOUVT, very inferior to it. Will not last nearly as long as a real TOUVT hybrid tire unfortunately. it's cheaper for a reason.
