This set was amazing for painting my DnD minis! The bigger ones are exactly what you need for dry brushing. I only noticed a little hair loss but that was probably user error from brushing too hard. All of the sizes are great.

Love these brushes! The dry brushed actually work great for watercolor backgrounds. I've been using these for watercolor and they've worked very well. Love the protective sleeves for the details brushes as well, keeps them from getting bent or damaged as easily.

I was a bit confused about which option to choose, since some sets don’t include a thicker brush for effects like oxidized armor, damaged or dirty armor, or scratches. I recently started painting my first miniatures, and I used every brush from this set on my first one. All the brushes are useful, both the fine ones for details and the thicker ones for weathering effects. I’m very happy with the results for a first-time painter. This set is perfect for people who want to add detail to their miniatures without having to buy very expensive brushes. I definitely recommend it.

I'm not the best at taking care of my brushes, so I didn't have much hope in finding a quality affordable set. But these brushes are great! No bristles loss, makes the paint glide smooth and look good, especially detail work. I have used them on acrylics so far. I mainly hold my paintbrush at the end though so the grip part was a little weird for me. But maybe I'm just weird, idk.
