These worked out as planned but the latex on the balloons were just so strong I could stay the smell and the taste when I attempt ti blow the balloon the traditional way.

We celebrate Puerto Rico day every year, and we wanted to really step up our game on our decorations. And this was perfect last year and plenty of reusable stuff for this year.
