What is the expiration date?

DOA -- I bought 4 batteries November 19, 2019 to have on hand when my dog collar battery went dead. (Because of 10 year shelf life claim) The original battery lasted close to four years (low power consumption item) and the other collar is still green and good. I needed one today and ALL Four are DOA. And the recommend replacement batteries are 14250 with 3.6 volt .

Where can i get a charger for it

These are non-rechargable, it says so in the description.

Can the tabs be removed from the battery.? If so, how?
