The item came quickly. I'm not an electrician so there was a little work getting the little wires connected, but the illustration was very clear and everything worked the first time. The software was pretty straight-forward. I connected all the pieces together in one place on one network to get started, but after that was able to setup to scan in the cards/fobs remotely. I contacted support to inquire about a different configuration for a separate warehouse, and got a quick response from Wood Chen. I am in the middle of purchasing again.

This is a great low cost system for electric door strike control. I have installed a 4 door control on our Church building. This control allows me to program the door locks to be open at the beginning of services, and then relock after the services are over. I have purchased a second unit for more doors in the same building. The technical support is very good for this item. Photos of the settings and hardware are included to make installation easy. I recommend this system to all that need an electronic striker or magnetic locking system for their building.

We have had the equipment installed for over a month and use it numerous times a day. All has been great! The equipment is reliable so far. The software could use some major updating as it appears about 20 years old. Not intuitive, but still gets the job done. I do wish I could create multiple time slots for each user rather than clump everyone together.

It was easy to install i had a little hiccup on programming but it was my mistake (I admitted) it was just an option in programming, the tech support was very helpful and very professional and patient with me I really recommend it it is just as good as other systems out there for a lower price.

Fast shipping, excellent product, super easy to install if you are little handy man with the great/quick support of tech support team, they respond very promptly and quickly. I bought 2 set of each 2 door locking system from the same seller, I was able to install them by myself without any technical difficulties. I highly recommend this product and tech support for sure. Let's start off about the software an why there are some bid red flags about it. First off the website the has the instructions, looks like a high schooler wrote the codes. Oh did I mention that it is very clear that its a Chinese software and when you email support for the software crashing thats when you should start getting worried. They have you email the (backup) which ends up being a excel file but if you try an open it 2 things happen. One its password protected (you don't have access to see what it contains) and two i had 3 programs red flag it as a high threat, two of which wouldn't allow me to even attempt to down load it (one drive an internet explorer). So whats funny they sent a link to a 3rd party file sharing service for me to retrieve the (repaired software) I am not a computer engineer but things seem very very fishy. But the hardware and box work great and are of petty good quality. Just be warned and very careful about the software.
