I put the timer on 20min because it heats up so around 15mins you get a good steam and the light is so helpful. I've had it for about two months, it doesn't throw out alot of steam anymore. It’s starting to leak and overly heat I had to throw it away.

I must say extremely bad quality, the water tank is so noisy, the water tank consume in 5 minutes only , the steaming its high temperature and after one use a shortcut happened. The device it’s worthless, I don’t recommend at all.

I bought this product for my salon last month and the salon was open this week, the 3rd June. On that day, We opened the box and found that the steam did not work although the electric was on. The light worked. The power cord is not for New Zealand market. Please replace as we have never used. Only because we ordered it early but did not get in to use until this week.

It’s pretty good so far although even though I’m using distilled water, I’m noticing that the metal in the beaker gloss is already brown which is a little frustrating and I would’ve liked the beaker to be gloss and not plastic. That’s a bit of a concern however, it’s a pretty nice unit. Everybody really likes it and I like the touchscreen.
