Sun Bum Mineral Sunscreen Spray SPF 50 6 oz

In an attempt to be more health conscious, I searched for a highly rated mineral sunscreen and Sun Bum was at the top of the list. It’s a bit pricey, as all sunscreens seem to be. Directions say to spray on and smooth with your hands. I don’t like that it sprays on white and doesn’t appear to fully absorb. It stays on the skin and leaves a pasty look…but, I do like the light fragrance and the fact that it is one of only a few mineral based sunscreens on the market.

Leaves a white cast, like all strong mineral sunscreens. Hard to get off even in the shower. However, it provides good protection.

I got this product because I am pregnant now and love the brand. There is no scent and it sprays on white and does not rub in well on darker skin leaving a white cast. I love that its 50 SPF and will most definitely be using it.

I love the original Sun Bum sunscreen- easy to apply and smells amazing- but I heard how much better this mineral one is for you. This one does its job for sure, it’s just so thick and hard to spread around, and it doesn’t have the same good smell as the original.

Great product - does leave a white cast but worth it for the healthier option
