I recently got into 72 hours a week water fasting to boost my body muscle to fat ratio. It was very difficult to find an electrolyte solution that checked all the marks - taste, consistency and minerals while meeting my daily quota of no sugar. (A lot of them out there have minimal amount of sucrose) which is still doable for keto and low carb diets as long as your sugar intake is less than 5 g a day. But a water diet is much stricter - no sugar whatsoever. And this is where I really loved this product because it checked the boxes I was looking for! It’s tastes good, it has all the essentials minerals I need and stay hydrated and it has better consistency when dissolved than others. Although I am deducting 1 star for a little chalkiness, still better consistency than others. All and all love the product!

This is a very good product. After drinking it, my friend feels highly energized, recovery is excellent, and it has many benefits. Overall, it’s a really great product.

The colours is unnecessary so intense makes me not want to drink it
