Best hydration stick that I’ve ever tried! Subtle flavor & if it’s ever too salty, add more water and it’s perfect! I prefer in 16.9 ounce bottles but throwing it into a 30 ounce bottle is also a great option when wanting a more diluted taste. These also dissolve VERY quickly compared to other brands with no gritty taste! Another thing that I feel is very important to mention, truly makes me feel more like myself when using one of these sticks everyday. My brain feels more clearer, I can focus on daily tasks AND my PCOS/PMOS symptoms are helped by my hydration levels!! Win!!

This is some better then Liquid IV. Tastes less sugar and has the flavor taste. Keeps me going everyday less tired and stress. Helps energized you so your not exhausted.

Appreciate the salt content as someone who needs a crazy amount for my blood pressure and some variety in the other electrolytes. Taste is kinda good (better than lmnt for sure!) but it does not dissolve well at all! It’s like table salt granules. Going back to saltt.

Great product, but salty
I’ve always been a fan of Liquid IV, however I just felt like it wasn’t giving me the energy and hydration I was hoping for. After using Waterboy for about 2 weeks now, I really notice a difference. I feel a lot more hydrated, more energetic, and I also notice it in my skin. I like the flavors. My only issue with this product is that by itself it’s VERY salty. I always mix mine with other fruity supplements like collagen and EmergenC packets to balance out the saltiness and it tastes great.
