I’m only two days in, so I can’t give a real results report yet, but I’m taking this for a reason and I’m sticking with it. My main goal is weight loss support and overall effectiveness. I know fish oil isn’t some magic fat burner, but I’m trying to stack the odds in my favor with something that supports metabolism, cravings, inflammation, and recovery while I’m dieting and staying consistent. That’s why I went with this one in particular. The EPA and DHA numbers are strong, and it feels like a “real” omega 3 supplement instead of a low dose filler bottle. The immediate win is that it’s actually easy to take. No fishy burps, no gross taste coming back up later, and the lemon flavor helps. If I’m going to take something every day for weeks and months, that part matters. I’m also hoping it helps my nails. Mine get brittle every winter and start peeling and snapping, so if this helps strengthen them at all, I’ll be happy. I’ll update this in a few weeks once I’ve been consistent and can speak to whether it’s actually helping with weight loss and how I feel day to day.

Good so far, I was more worried about being able to swallow the pill, if it would have that strong smell that most have and if I would taste it once it popped. It was easy for me to swallow despite the size, there was no stickiness, no smell, there was no after taste.

I highly recommend this bottle of Omega 3; it's very good and also contains vitamin E. I've been taking it for a few months now, and it's a great price. It's two capsules a day.

This is my third bottle of this stuff. For some background on me, I’ve had blood circulation issues for years. It's not life-threatening and I've seen a doctor about it, but it was to the point where sometimes my lips would turn slightly blue if I was too cold for my comfort. So I was pleasantly surprised to see that after taking this consistently, I noticed that my lips stayed their normal color even when I was freezing, and my hands became less icy as well. I also feel significantly more clear-headed whenever I take this, which matters a lot because I'm diagnosed with ADHD, and it was negatively affecting me to the point where I got into a bad car accident because my brain couldn't stay focused. (Don't worry; I got help for it and the streets are safer for it.) That's not to say that this supplement was a replacement for my medicine, but it certainly helps a LOT, and I feel like it somehow boosts the positive effects of my medicine as well. I'm aware of the possible placebo effect, but I definitely don't think it's that because I've taken a lot of different omega-3 supplements throughout my life, but I never felt different after taking them until I took this brand's. I actually swear by this stuff, and this is coming from a pretty big skeptic of most things. Highly recommend.
