This yoga strap is a surprise. It is a low cost yet sturdy and functional for PT exercises after knee replacement surgery. PT staff suggested using a belt for use in attaining more ROM during recovery. Your hands do not have a secure place to grip and pull with the belt. This strap has various loops to secure feet and for your hand to grip and pull to attain more flexibility.

My physical therapist uses this brand in her office so I decided to buy one for myself to use at home. It is very strong so I can put it through a lot of workouts and it does not stretch, twist or wear thin. It's very long so I can do any exercise I need and not run out of band. It is a stiff webbing so not super comfortable on hands or feet, but if it was soft it wouldn't work as well. A good investment in my health.

I uses this (or a very similar one) at my physical therapist’s office and loved the way it worked, so naturally I got on Amazon to find one. This is high quality and a great price. It has loops all along it. It is not stretchy; I have many stretchy bands and tubes for other uses, but this doesn’t stretch, which is what I need to stretch my quads and hamstrings. It’s a great length and very easy to use. I’m sure it has many more uses, I just need to get online and look for some other helpful ways to use it. I highly recommend this stretching strap.

I ordered this strap on the recommendation of my physical therapist after breaking my ankle. It has been great for doing PT exercises at home. It’s strong with a tiny bit of stretch. I like that it has strap openings at different places along the strap so I don’t need to have more than one strap for all of my exercises. I can anticipate using this for stretching even after my ankle recovers. The price was great!
