After suffering a fractured spine (L5) , I needed support and after much research I decided to give this a go. So glad I did it is excellent and helps me to manage my chronic pain giving me enough support to get on with day to day life. I wear it daily when I’m out and about it’s very comfortable and supportive but light weight and breathable with adjustable straps so you can change the support if needed

On a dumper all day old as mummy poop and I swear by this brace. Had to start wearing on a few years back. This is breathable. More so than most things that say breathable. The secondary straps can pull from bottom up for under lumbar support. Or straight on to just keep straight and keep pressure of your spine. Like caring on the dumper. I have two on the shelf just in case I can't find them when I wear this one out. Three should do me to retirement. That's how good they are.

This belt is easy to get on and off and is adjustable, but I'd still be sure to check the sizing before ordering. I find it comfortable to wear, with the material being quite breathable and lightweight, but at the same time, offering a good amount of support. I also like the fact that it's all black, which is my preference over ones that have too much colour. All in all, it's a good back brace.

I'm very surprised by this support. It gives great lower back support but I'm not convinced it'll do anything for a herniated disc which is what I have. It squashes everything in and up lol, not sure it lifts pressure off your sciatic nerve. It's got a 5 * because it gives good support and is well made. I'll use it under my clothes as a back support while at work. It's like a weight lifting belt but better fitting, light duty and comfortable.

This is my 5th back brace since suffering a back injury doing gymnastics 10 years ago. This is probably one of the most comfortable I've found, whilst also being highly adjustable and supportive. Seems to be really good quality, fits very well.

Product is as described. It is fairly comfortable to wear and definitely eased my back pain.

This one of the best support belts I have as the metal supports you rather than just the tightness of the belt itself for a change. The main belt is stretchy as well as the further adjustable straps, so it makes it easier to adjust for comfort.

This works great for me. Helps keep my back in the correct position. Plus side. It works as a waist trainer. (Hints the adjustable straps. Lol.

Excellent product! I have lousy lower back muscles with lots of pain. This belt gives great support, holds everything in place, but after an hour activity you have to take it off to relax. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend it to anybody who has back issues and pain managements problem.
