Taking 1-2 capsules during or just before meals was convenient and easy to include in my daily routine. The capsules are vegetarian and had no unpleasant aftertaste or side effects.

This product doesn’t work. It did nothing to help improve my digestion. In fact it caused adverse reactions. Better to see a doctor and take supplements that he prescribes that are available in medical outlets.
