Terrible
Had it for about a year then out of nowhere it stopped working and customer support was no help at all either on trying to figure anything out. I will not ever buy this brand again.

Great Customer Support
I had some issues when I first received the treadmill but got it straightened out with customer support. They were so friendly. The only con I would say is if you’re a really tall person this treadmill may be too small for your stride but it’s sturdy even at higher speeds and it’s quiet.

Great Customer Service
The treadmill is compact and easy to use. My wife really enjoys it. We have had a motor noise issue but the company responded right away and stood by their service and replaced the machine at no cost which was exceptional!

Quiet and Efficient Moto
The quiet brushless motor is incredibly efficient and doesn’t disturb my neighbors.I love the real-time pulse sensors that help me monitor my heart rate accurately.and the folding design makes storage a breeze.Highly recommend!

Garbage
Zero stars. While the item matched what I was looking for as far as ease of set up and use, it stops working after 7 months of use. Contacted the manufacturer who claimed the product was under warranty, and would be replaced, only to find out they won't cover the replacement, and neither does Anazon, from whom I purchased the product. Very poor performance from Umay and Amazon.

It's a nice treadmill but...
It works great but they built it so some of the screws can't be fit in, so my treadmill is wobbly. The hole in the metal part is off center and the plastic hold so it's impossible to place the screw correctly. Also, the was another screw that wouldn't go all the way in.

The company offered to fix the issue and credit me $10 for a $14 adapter.
