The nose ring hasn't worked and as for the mouth guard it's feels too spongy to be of any good. I am really disappointed and so
It's just hasn't helped me at all. The ring is too big for my little finger so doesn't not make the necessary contact with the skin, even though I have pushed the ends of the ring together. The nose ring hasn't worked and as for the mouth guard it's feels too spongy to be of any good. I am really disappointed and so is my husband as he was hoping for a restful sleep from now on. I suffer with sinus problems. I can't however fault the delivery service.

I guess some things just don't work for some people.The mouth guard was impossible to sleep with and swallow so in a way it stopped my snoring.None of the other things seemed to work either,saying that it was good value especially compared to buying individual things and worth a try.
