This book was recommended by Ryan Holiday, author and TikTok influencer. It’s a beautiful copy containing timeless wisdom handed down through centuries. The most private thoughts of Marcus Aurelius, real, freaking history in the palm of my hand!

Good book for spiritual healing and meditation on life.

This classic philosophy book itself looks wonderful on the shelf. The guilded pages and cover look great and the texturing on the cover makes it easy to grip when reading. I do have to say, as with the rest of the fingerprint publishing books that the pages are really thin and see through but are still readable and the construction of the book isn't the greatest. The binding is a bit loose and the pages seem to be coming unaligned after reading through the first several pages. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from buying this book. It is a great book to have on the bookshelf and used lightly but I would buy a more durable version of you want to carry a copy around in a backpack or something.

Appalling Quality. The book was delivered damage and even if it wasn't the print quality and binding is horrendous.

There are so many versions of Meditations. Reviews of which version to get is hard sometimes because the photos were not matching the book I was looking to order. I do own another version that is annotated which I do like to help expand on some of the thoughts but THIS version is what I was looking for. Simple. A bit more artistic. Hardcover. Each page is spread out and the thoughts are spaced out. This is a type of book that one can enjoy in bite sized snippets to ponder and this book showcases that. The pages are thin but it makes it feel artistic. I love the fact this was written nearly 2000 years ago. If you are looking for an artistic version, you too will be happy with this version like I am for a reasonable price.

Some pages are a bit faded, but all in all this book is a great read and a perfect gift. I bought two copies - one for myself and one for a friend as a gift. The hard covers with golden ornaments feels like good quality
