How water function is plus, I like it. Easy installment, good taste, ok size. But there's two things they should improve it. Waste water and unfiltered water is in the same area. İt's not good for filter's life. Secondly, I don't prefer the white color for that kind of product. And last, the plastic material looks cheap. At the and, it's p/p device, I like it.

I have a family of four and we drink a ton of water we also have a big ice machine that takes water it purifies my water down to 3 tds sometimes between 5 and 2 tds and my water tastes great it has replaced my berkey, also Im confused because I see no mention of ultraviolet filtration but my icepure clearly has small uv light that lights up it lights up uv so I assume thats what it means, plus the filter is reasonably price and this unit only takes one. So far unless something changes over time I rate 10 out of 10. Also the box mine came in said it had a 5 to 1 water ratio I believe thats better then what they say in description. you do have to dump waste water and add water frequently but thats the case of most counter top units I only remove holding tank when dumping I fill a pitcher of water to pour in machine isntead of removing tank its easier.

I want to like this thing but it is a royal PAIN! ERROR CODE E4 damn near since I got it. Still works but constantly have to unplug to reset. Also I for the life of me can't figure out what the replacement filter is. Help?!

What i love about this: no more chloride smell in my water! It will do room temperature up to boiling as it dispenses...not boiled multiple times. It fits nicely on the counter. The spigot is tall enough for any of my during containers. It allows hands free filling so I can hold the cup and stir while it fills. It will remember the last used settings so you don' have to reprogram each time. What i don't like : it's a little garish for my tastes....feeling 80's flash. . I wish I could have a way to just add a little more hot water. Sometimes my coffee or tea gets cold and a little hot water helps bring the drying temperature back up. I wish the large temperature was in Farenhight instead of Celsius or I at least had the option to switch over. I have to wear my reading glasses to read the dials. There's a warning on the top that is so small print I can't read it even with my glasses.

Product is being sold even though the filter has been discontinued. So after the filter needs to be replaced, you need to be a new water filter. This machine now needs to go into the trash because the product can’t be replaced. Stop selling these! Manufacturer was of 0 help on this matter. They tried to offer me to buy a new water filter from them that they said they were sending as a “warranty” but they were charging me more money than I paid for the original water filter.

There is nothing about the product that I dislike. Amazon provided me an opportunity to find the product at a value price. Ease of understanding usage is due to its simplicity. I can say the more I use, the better the taste of the water. I use it to fill a pitcher in the morning and I add a lemon / lime for taste. During the day, I also will fill a glass with water without any additional additives for a drink between meals. I recommend the Water Filtration System for all, due to the value, aesthetic appearance and simplicity.

Had this for over a year and it works like a champ. Saved me from having to install a RO in my sink via pipe. Im doing a remodel now so Im staying elsewhere and was easily able to bring it with me. Love it.
