The drain saddle has worked just as advertised and I have had no issues with it whatsoever.

Incorrect description, wrong size stated
Description states 3/8" fitting when in fact it's a 1/4" fitting. Returning it. Since have learned the RO drain line SHOULD be connected before the disposal - the current installation at my friends house for many years is after the disposal, and the drain hole would clog up from time to time, and then water drips out of the air gap hole at the faucet and floods the countertop, plus possible contaminated water. The better way to connect is not a drain saddle, but a drain line adaptor (DLA) on your dish washer drain line before the disposal. Several to choose from on Amazon .

Critical measurements both the quick connect and the drain connection are both wrong
The quick connect is 1/4 in while the drain connection is for 1.5 to 2 inches.

I bought this to replace a drain saddle that came with a competitor's saddle for a reverse osmosis system that was broken. I had already drilled the hole, so this drain saddle just went on, I pressed in the tubing, and was ready to go!
