Great set if you can get em before they spike the price
One of the excellent deals Tekton still offers, if this is something you're in the market for I'd recommend buying these before they jack there prices up way higher than what they're worth like they've been starting to do unfortunately. This is a great set for the money, well made and very solid construction, quality control seems to be on point, the hammer end handles are pretty cool though I'll probably never actually test those out. In my picture I have the largest one sitting next to one of my nice other ones, only a 18" x 1/2" bar and that one costed more than this set did. I'd say quality are equally matched, my Carlyle has a nicer handle that feels a little more sturdy in the hand (doesnt mean it is though,) and has the nice printing on it, the Tekton has the hammer end handle which is pretty cool and though I don't have matching sizes to compare the feel of the Tektons make me pretty confident they are just as strong and well built. I've been happy with all my Tekton purchases and they were all great values, it's a shame to see them starting to follow the footsteps of everyone before them and as soon as they start getting popular the prices go up but the quality always stays the same so they end up not even close to worth the money. Right now ive price checked on multiple items and "sets" between Tekton and 2 other names who are MUCH bigger, MUCH more established, tried tested and proven to be quality tools and everything is full lifetime warranty with no hassle like GW and the other guys who did this same thing and those other two are cheaper on almost every thing I compared. Quickly starting to not be worth what they're charging, especially with no full lifetime warranty.

USA made quality!
Fantastic. Very nice build quality. They work great. Always looking to support American companies, and you should be too. By buying American goods, you're keeping your family in business.

Great value, and pretty dang durable.
Great pry bars, I will say that while I was installing a lift get I was really beating on these things and I did manage to chip the end of one slightly; really not a big deal though if you have a file and a couple minutes of time. Even if I have a total failure with one of these I can’t see myself spending 5X the money for snap on or Cornwell, especially considering Tekton is known for their amazing customer service and warranties. In conclusion, if you’re a weekend DIY’er then don’t waste your money on ‘name brands’ and pick this set up. If you do this stuff for a living you could maybe consider spending the extra $$ to get nicer ones, but these really do get the job done.

My 3 cents worth
I professionally rebuild wrecked cars for a living. These are well made, good quality and strong for their size and intended purpose. Common sense and experience helps judge how hard to pry with a certain tool. I've seen people bend pry bars because they are too lazy to go get a bigger one. It's not the tools fault....its the idiot using it. If you need something stronger than a mechanics pry bar.... Get a Giant Size pry bar made for construction / demolition work. Several choices are available. Most local hardware stores have them. These are susceptible to rusting in a damp environment.... same as any other tool with a blackened finish. Care for them just like your typical impact sockets and extensions and they will be fine. I would buy them again.

Ok for the money, but I feel like the made in usa thing is a gimmicky...
Yes they mare made in usa and they are pretty decent pry bars for the money, but Walmart has these exact same prybars for less and they are made in usa as well. They are identical down to the stamping on the metal bar. The only difference is one says hypertough and the other tekton. Walmart has them for less money and they also have a 36" version for half the price of tekton as well. The hypertough and tektons are also the same as the channellock prybars too, just with a blue handle. Like I said these companies know the made in usa stuff will sell itself because ppl are so narrowminded about made in usa stuff, and think that nobody else can make a quality product for some reason. These prybars are definitely not bad quality, but they rust the second you start using them just like all of tektons impact sockets because they use the same type of coating. Pretty good for the money, and the bottom line is you just cannot beat tektons warranty program. They don't even care if you bought it!! They'll replace it for free, asap!! I do like some of tektons products, and in my opinion their chrome socket line up is among the best!!

Very good pry bars for the price. The 36” is 5/8ths thick and is a beast - can’t touch that bar for anywhere near that price point. I waited for the 3 piece set to get back in stock and I’m glad I did. I’m a heavy duty apprentice and have been using the shop tools (Mac and Snap On) and these bars are holding up as well as those that cost 3x more. The handle is the only thing that I’m not thrilled with, it’s the old school screwdriver style handle, but with the striking end. Made in USA, I’ve heard good things about warranty but I don’t see needing it with these bars. 100% recommend.

Use these pry bars everyday working on heavy equipment. Comfortable handle and solid construction. These bars perform just as well as my coworkers tool truck brand prybars.
