Men's Z-Trail EV Barefoot Hiking Sandals

I was skeptical that a minimalist sandal would actually feel good on my foot...it was love at first step! These things fit great and are mega comfortable. I went out for a couple of miles on blacktop and was amazed that my feet didn't miss the support and cushion of my regular shoes. I purchased these as camp shoes for an upcoming 400-mile section hike but now see myself actually hiking in these on my less challenging days. I'll use a zero drop running shoe when the trail gets dicey. I'm fortunate to live in a coastal community as these are now my footwear of choice.

These sandals can do much to improve your posture and health, running ability, and comfort, but it will take a few weeks if you have never worn "0" pitch shoes before. This design allows your feet and toes to stretch and flatten out as they were when you were born. Your muscles and walking pattern will change, and your legs, hips, and back will breathe a sigh of relief after wearing them for a couple of weeks. The warranty is excellent: 5000 miles on the soles, and they will try to make good on any problems. And then there is always the Amazon guarantee if you are dissatisfied. Enjoy hiking and running almost barefoot!

Fits as expected. Great sandle, very comfortable from the very first time I put them on.

I purchased these as a water shoe for backpacking. They're light, and small, I figured they'd get me across the crossings and not much else. Little did I realise they would be a great hiking shoe. I ended up carrying my trail runners and hiking in these. Hopefully they hold up.

I was sceptical at first when I put the sandals on. Nothing more than flip flops with different attachment strings I thought. Overpriced perhaps? Oh, yeah. Big time! The experience of walking in them on park trails is priceless though and so is using the muscles my body forgot about ages ago.
