Best blubs out there
I recently outfitted my entire house with about 40 Sengled Zigbee Smart Light Bulbs, connected through two hubs, and I am thoroughly impressed! These bulbs have completely transformed the lighting in my home. Installation: The setup process was a breeze. Linking the bulbs to the hubs was straightforward and hassle-free, which was a relief considering the number of bulbs I installed. Performance: Each bulb provides consistent and reliable performance. I have full control over the lighting in every room, from dimming to scheduling, all from my smartphone. The ability to customize scenes and schedules adds a whole new level of convenience. App Integration: The Sengled app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage the settings for each bulb or group of bulbs. Integration with other smart home devices was also seamless, enhancing the overall smart home experience. Value for Money: Considering the quality, performance, and the number of features each bulb offers, these smart bulbs are definitely worth the investment. They not only add comfort and convenience but also help in reducing energy consumption with their efficiency.

Great replacement for Samsung SmartThings bulbs
I wanted to get more Samsung bulbs when I switched routers. I have a SmartThings hub. But I think Samsung discontinued them, and they are about $20/bulb on line if you can find them. I got these instead and got 4 bulbs for $40. Yes...1/2 price. They were relatively easy to set up using first the hub, and then they seamlessly integrated with Alexa. I don't require many features for the bulbs. Just right light. DISCO! They work well. Would buy again, except they supposed last 30+ years! Good buy.

Great Price, Easy To Setup & Control
Was looking for some reasonably priced Zigbee based bulbs to add to my Homeseer Home Automation controller and decided to give these a shot. Arrived quickly, well packaged, and a small setup sheet included. Will not be using the Sengled app or Alexa for control, but my Homeseer app on my phone and tablets along with it's voice integration with Google Home. Fired up my Homeseer app and went into my Zigbee plugin to setup the bulb. Applied power to the bulb, was quickly found and configured by the Sonoff Zigbee stick. Gave the bulb a floor assignment, room, and a name and good to go. Quickly turns on or off or adjusts the brightness level with Homeseer or Google Home voice control. Nice and bright while only drawing 9 watts at full brightness. Looking forward to getting the rest of these set up in the house, highly recommended.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.
Overall, they work. These do not require the Sengled hub. These work with Amazon's Echo Plus. You will not be able to connect more than 4 without putting them into pairing mode (flip the light switch on 10 times quickly, they should start blinking, shut the light off, click "discover devices" than turn it back on). This will fix that problem 100%. This ARE dimmable. "Dimmer incompatible" refers to sliding switches. You will not be able to dim with a dimmer switch, but through Alexa and the App, you definitely can. Out of 10 I'm using, all 10 have a decent range. They are not 1,2,3,4,5% like the phillips hue, but they are fairly functional. Probably 5% per step. IF YOU PLAN TO USE WITH Sengled HUB: Don't. Their software is garbage, look at the reviews on the app store. There are 3 separate apps, and they all have about 2.5/5 rating for a reason. If you get it to work, don't forget your password as it WILL NOT send you a password reset link. Customer service is subpar at best. Setup description and details on how to get it to go into pairing mode or resetting them is 0/10 as there is no details included and the website makes this information hard to find. Overall: If you really can't afford Phillips Hue, or want Daylight smart bulbs like me - you can use these. They're very cheap, and fully functional. I've got them in every room (until Phillips Hue comes out with a daylight bulb). I'm not upset I bought them, as they are CHEAP and with CHEAP stuff you have to work harder. These are a pain to setup (if using more than 4 with Alexa). What do you expect? Tech specs not included: 800 lumens 25,000 hours (LED) Supports Zigbee HA 1.2.1 (google it) -4F to -104F operating temperature (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OUTDOOR USE in cold areas. In Chicago it get's below -4F sometimes and they do not function and 1 of 2 stopped working after) 9w (60w equiv)

Don’t waste your money or time
Short version: the technology is severely flawed, the Tech Support is worse than useless, I shouldn’t have wasted my money on these, and you shouldn’t waste yours. Long version. I bought four of these lights and a hub several weeks ago. Bedroom, bedroom, son’s bedroom, living room. They all worked fine at first. Paired with Alexa device and phone app. Then, I switched my bedroom lamp off. When I switched it back on, Voice control no longer worked. Neither did manual control from the app. I tried resetting it going by the instructions, no luck. Tried my other bedroom lamp, turned out that lamp had a problem with the switch, so I replaced it with a better lamp. Got no results from that light either. My son had unplugged his, to plug in his laptop. Kids do that. Plugging it back in, got the same results, nothing. The only light that still worked was the living room. I went to the Tech Support website, finally found the link that you used to contact them about technical problems, and sent a detailed message through that link, including the model numbers and other identification for each light. Shortly after, I got an automated email message suggesting that I follow the troubleshooting instructions that I had already used, and requesting the model numbers and other identification numbers for each light. I responded by telling them that I had already followed the troubleshooting instructions and sent them the identifying information, but included it again in that email. The system immediately sent me the same automated email with the same request. I sent them yet another response email, reminding them that I had already done this twice now, and once again including the identifying information. I also asked if they in fact had an actual Tech Support department, or just a bot. I got no further responses after that. After about a week, I sent in another reply email, reiterating everything I had told them before, and again including the identifying information. No response again. As a last resort, I took the one remaining light that was still responding out of the living room, put it in my bedroom lamp. I now have four LED lights that do not respond to voice commands. And naturally, the troubleshooting/reset instructions don’t work with any of them. Bottom line: there appears to be a fundamental flaw in these lights, and evidently there is no actual tech-support to speak of. My advice, don’t give these people your money.

Simplicity at its finest
I ordered this 8 pack for a few reasons. I noticed my Samsung Smart Things app had Sengled as one of the devices for bulbs, and also noticed that pairing instructions appeared to be entirely straight forward. I have used numerous smart devices (Cree, Hue, Smartthings, Wiz, and others), and these were a breeze to setup. I stuck them in a table lamp and used Samsung Smart Things to pair them one at a time; naming them for their destination. They paired without a fuss. No need to switch them off and on (when paired withing the first few minutes of powering them on). I've attached two pictures of the ones I put in the basement since that is the darkest place. The light is good. I installed these today, 6/14/2020. I will report back with a follow up should any of the 8 give me troubles. If you don't hear anything, then all is well!!!! (but I will follow up with positive too). I have 37 differing devices setup (including these 8) and no issues. This is with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung Smart Things (and Hue devices but no Hue Bridge). Thanks!

Sengled Smart LED lights work flawlessly.
I now own 14 of the Sengled Smart LED lights. I run these through the Smart Things Hub. They are simple to install and setup. I can use the Amazon Alexa app, the Smart Things app, or voice commands through the Echo devices I own to control the lights. 2 of these lights are the multi-color and the rest are the day light version. These lights are dimmable. I have not had any issues with these lights and would definitely recommend them. They constantly go on sale and you cannot beat the quality for the price. Set up time for each bulb is about 2-3 min. Simply open your app and choose to add a lighting device, screw in the bulb and the app will detect it. Choose a name for the bulb and you are done. Very simple and affordable lighting technology.

Most reliable smart bulbs
These are the best smart lights I've ever found on Amazon. I bought my first sengled smart bulb back in 2018. I picked this brand because Amazon recommended it. Since then I have bought a total of 21 bulbs so far, including 2 color plus bulbs and a motion sensor bulb. I have Samsung smartthings as a hub and google assistant for voice control. Not a single bulb has malfunctioned so far. These gets turned on and off over 50 times a day on average. The other feature I love about this product, you can simply toggle the wall switch to turn on the light if you loose voice or app control due to connectivity. You can use the smart lights as regular lights if you needed. Only drawback to that is, if you ever have a blackout, when the power comes back on, all your lights gonna be turned on. But I have my smartthings hub setup to turn off all the lights if that ever happens. These are the best and the most reliable smart bulbs I've used. I have only used the Zigbee lights so not sure how the wifi bulbs perform. I wish this company would expand their product range to smart Zigbee outlets and switches as well. Definitely buying more bulbs as needed.

Extremely Satisfied
Works with Rogers Smart Home Security system. Installed all 8 withing 10 minuets. All working, all dimming. Extremely easy to set up (on Rogers Hub), in settings add new lighting and as you install, they automatically get recognized. On the side note, depending what system you’re on, but on Rogers, install one light fixture at the time because they all come up with name “dimming light” and if you do all at once, you’ll have a hard time recognizing which one is in which room. I did room by room/ by section and I was able to rename them all so it’s easy to control them. I don’t know how long they will last, but I’m buying 8 more tomorrow. Extremely happy so far. Shipping was less than 12 hours on Sunday (Prime membership)

Works well, no issues, bought more
Somewhat easy to use, once set up, there aren't many issues. Made life so much easier when my lights were connected to Google Home. Much more affordable than the name brand. Light dims well. App is user friendly. Conne t's to Home Mini without issues. Bought the initial pack and 8 bulbs. Then bought another 4 bulbs 6 months later.

These work (with an appropriate hub). They work very well.
I use these with an Amazon Echo Plus, which has a built-in hub. That makes setup very easy - screw in the plug, turn on the power, say "Alexa discover new device." Within 45 seconds it does so, and so far 16 for 16 attempts. I installed the Sengled app and skill so perhaps that made things simple, but either way I am very pleased so far (about one week of use). I do suggest changing the names to something memorable, and, as a previous reviewer suggested, something with a few syllables so Alexa can understand clearly. I use several of these outside in heavy rain and cold weather, they are fine. The manufacturing quality is much better than I imagined, so I can heartily recommend them based on my experience to date.

Excellent quality andvery reasonable price
These were added to the Alexa Dot and Sengled starter kit I received as a gift. We started with 2 bulbs but now bought more. I'm a handicapped male in a wheelchair and love this item. It makes turning on my light a snap by using my voice, the Alexa app, or the Sengled app. I would recommend these to anyone interested in getting your existing home into a smart home.
