This is lovely shampoo and conditioner as my hair has gotten quite dry recently. My hair feels more soft and manageable, good value, no greasiness, nice fragrance as well love it

You don't need lots. And only use it sometimes. It leaves my hair soft and refreshed again. And helps to reduce the amount of times I need to wash my hair. If I use this intermittently, I can reduce the frequency of hair washes. I love how my hair feels after washing with this
