After 15 years on Windows, I needed a quick refresher on Apple shortcuts—this cover has been amazing! Clear, easy to read, very thin and smooth, and super helpful for learning. I’ve even gotten a few compliments on it. My first one arrived bent from shipping, but the replacement came quickly and has stayed on my MacBook ever since. Great product!

I was trying to find a keyboard cover and came upon this and I found it interesting so I order it. Still learning how to do the shortcuts. It's a great keyboard cover, but the down side is that it covers the backlight keys. Don't get me wrong it is still a great product. I recommend it.

I've had this a little less than a month, and it's already warping out of shape, so consider that when you're shopping. It'll "pop" up in/over one section, I'll smooth it down, then it'll pop up elsewhere. I primarily bought this to protect from crumbs and such as you cannot take apart the shell of mac's in order to clean them. I'm happy that something will be able to protect from such debris (plus dust), but I know I will ultimately have to replace this. The keyboard backlight is barely visible behind the cover. Text is also out of alignment on many keys. I like the colors, so I bought this one, but I know it's not going to last. 6 month update: This thing has warped completely. Wish I would've tried a different product, it doesn't align with the keyboard at all.

3.5/5 I bought this in January 2025 and now (August 2025) am removing it from my Macbook. Within a few weeks of putting it on, some letters were already showing wear/rubbing off a bit, but it wasn't to a point it wasn't legible for the shortcuts/letter. Around June/July, there were some letters pretty much fully rubbed off, but it wasn't a big deal. July/August is when I noticed there were cracks at the joints of the keys/it was really beginning to degrade. I just took it off fully, and it's cracking in more areas and was very easy to tear (wasn't the case when it was new). I think I'll forgo having a cover for a while, as I feel like it does add some heat to it (this isn't an issue with this specific cover, just covers in general trapping the air under). If I decide on getting another, I'd still consider repurchasing - I just would anticipate needing to replace every 6 months or so.

My husband wanted something like this on his MacBook Pro so that the dust won’t settle in the spaces between the keys; but after installing we found it very hard to type and not at all comfortable; decided to return it.
