You know how they say, if you buy an expensive item in the first place, it works out cheaper since you don't keep replacing an inferior one over and over? I wish I'd just bought one of these. Sure, it's quite a bit more expensive than the cheap Teflon stuff I used to buy, but it's really really nice. Good weight and so easy to clean.

I bought the Our Place 2.0 pan after reading so many positive reviews online, and I’m honestly surprised at how good it turned out to be. After watching comparison reviews on other non stick skillets and the Our Place skillet, after cooking with Our Place 10 inch pan I quickly realized that there is No comparison. The non stick finish is amazing. The design is as functional as it beautiful. To test temperature and time I boiled water in the skillet on a regular stove top and then on an induction top. The OP skillet boiled water to a rolling boil in 4 minutes on medium heat on the induction method. First thing I cooked was a chicken vegetable stew. The depth and size of the pan was large enough for 3 to 4 servings. The aluminum and toxin free non stick and the shape of the pan cooked the meal at 250 F faster and more evenly than anything I have ever used. Clean up was a snap. The excellence of the Our Place skilled is not exaggerated. It has exceeded my expectations. The Bonus: Made in the USA. How rare is that ?
