Big Book of WHAT (A TIME for Kids Book) (TIME for Kids Big Books)

Bought this for my 7 year old who loves science but doesn't love to read. The book has short questions and answers to looooooooooots of topics. If your child loves to ask tons of questions, he or she will enjoy this book! I personally love it as well and have spent quite a bit of time happily flipping through it. I had something similar as a child so it is a nostalgic experience. Highly recommended for the inquisitive child!

I keep this in the car with my 8 year old. When I car pool with his friends, they go through the book and discuss all the different cool facts. Great for keeping them occupied and learning.

This is a really fun book to have along with the kids on long car rides. There's lots of interesting information in it and the kids love it that they can stump mom and dad on the fun facts.

My 8 year old grand-daughter loves this book. She and her dad read it together. She calls to let me know what new fact she's learned that day. Great way to continue strengthening her reading skills.

This is perhaps the most in-depth of all the Time "Big Book of..." series. My 7-year old, fact-loving, voracious reader of a son happily plowed through it, and is still explaining things he learned from it to the rest of the family. It's a great accompaniment to the rest of this series, as well as all the National Geographic Kids books available on Amazon.

Daddy! What about this? What about that? It gets the reading like they have never read before. My children love to learn new things but reading is not high on their bucket list. I've tried to motivate them by reading to them and letting them read to me. My children are so shocked that Daddy doesn't know everything. It won't answer all of their questions but it's a very good start.

My nephew really likes facts and information and loved what he found in this book. He really absorbs this stuff and will rattle off random facts, it's hilarious!

Good knowledge center Book for kids and adults. Nice timepass.
