How about that missing cap? The part fits, but it's useless to me without the nozzle cap. Selgo's customer service phone is a "call back later" recording, they ignored my email, and Amazon wants me to return this in the original packaging, which I don't even have because I threw it away before I realized I might need it. So now I'm stuck with a nozzle cover I can't use, replace, or get a refund on, and I STILL can't steamclean my carpet. What a waste.

This is exactly what I needed as the flap for the attachment hose broke and you have to replace the whole part. I checked the Bissell website and this part was out of stock. No issues with the seller and I will definitely purchase from them again if needed

Item said it was compatible on description with my carpet cleaner - pet revolution 2, but was not. Cost to send item back was same as the item cost. Contacted seller, they weren’t willing to make it right.
