I was introduced Glycodrin by my coach as a great GDA. I used religiously leading up to my first men’s physique show. This stuff is great considering I was not aware of GDA prior to. Really helped my partition my carbs effectively.

I have a high insulin resistance score and was looking for a product to reduce my blood sugar and still have healthy carbohydrates with my food menu plan. I carefully review the ingredients and this seemed to be a pretty sensibly configured supplement. Got on the product in mid-December. Continue to eat healthy carbohydrates like vegetables and fruits raisins dried fruit and of course lots of beet juice concentrate and super greens. I gained 12 lb and my waist has tightened significantly. I tend to accumulate fat very rapidly and have had this problem all my life. My stomach and low back are much firmer now instead of having that watery jelly like consistency. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product for price. There are other products with nearly identical ingredient configurations that are $20 a bottle less. But if prices no object, I definitely recommend this product. I paid about $50 for a bottle and I made it last from mid December until mid February. Took one star off for the price. I have been bodybuilding since I was 17 years old. So this isn't my first rodeo with supplements.

we have tried a lot of gda products most leave us feeling bloated yucky feeling this product is one of the few that doesnt do that and stills controls glucose digestion

I’ve been using Glycodrin for three weeks now and the results are currently being felt while working out. Although there are no physique changes at the moment, I am really liking this product. I feel like I am able to utilize the carbohydrates that I consume more efficiently. When I am out on my run, I feel more energized throughout the run and feel like I’m able to tap into some stored energy. I’ve been running consistently for roughly 15 years and I have felt better overall for the last few weeks during the run than I ever have before. I really like this product.

Been using consistently with proper diet and exercise and haven’t seen much of a change.

I like this gda. Has good, non-proprietary effective doses. I swear it helps me digest better as well (less bloat). I was coming off of contest shredded body and have been taking this as I've been increasing my food, particularly carbs. I am back to my normal weight about 4 months after but I have less body fat on me (am a female).

Works great. Bloodsugar is lower after use than without.
