Product Performance issues
is it suppose to heat up after even a small file transfer. Is there a data sheet we can review. Perhaps Amazon should put product data sheet and performance parameter for all products sold.

Genuinely fast and reliable
I've been using this 2TB SSK SSD for a month and put it through its paces, as a Win11 backup drive, an Android media drive, scanner storage for my all-in-one Brother office printer, and a photo library backup. It fits in my wallet's zipper pocket, and it doesn't overheat during normal usage at all. Transfer speeds are consistently impressive (260GB windows backup in 28 minutes). Being ASB A and C (both with protective covers) makes it fairly universal. (I haven't tested it with a lightning OTG adapter for the iPhone/iPad yet but I suspect it'll be as good as it is with Android.) Can thoroughly recommend, as it provides that all-important off-site backup that's not dependent on 'the cloud'. The backup software I use (on Windows) is Duplicati, so all backups are 256bit encrypted for extra safety. Also, with regards to USB-C ports on my laptop, it's narrow enough that it fits happily alongside other USB devices/plugs right next to it. This is a no-brainer for value for money.
