I got creative with the recipe. 1 shot lungo + 1 shot espresso combined to make the perfect "Americano". Just as good as the brand name pods at a lower price. Somehow, combining the shots makes it better.

I hate giving bad reviews, and I was really hoping I'd have a good experience with these. With a 4.2 rating and 21,341 ratings, i felt confident in buying these. Problem: They didn't work in the machine. Very little water flowed through the capsule, and then stopped. I've read other reviews of people's machines breaking because of the pressure, and blowing gaskets in the water pumps. I tried 4 capsules, all leading to the same result, and decided to stop before any damage is incurred by my machine. From what little espresso was produced, it did seem to taste good. I'm really bummed about these not working out. Also frustrating is that there are no refunds available from the seller, however Amazon customer service still provided me with a refund, so that's good. I've also emailed the manufacturer directly, and reported the issue. I hope they can fix this. I'm not sure how i'll know it's been fixed, but until then, I won't be able to buy these. I'm not sure how anybody else was able to use these in their machines. I'm tempted to open each capsule and just collect the grounds to run through a normal coffee maker, as I hate waste, but this isn't how I normally do my coffee in the morning. I don't even have a normal coffee maker, so maybe i'll give the grounds to my mom or something.

It is a bit bitter. In my opinion it is a 10 in strength. It has amazing crema. I would choose a lesser strength. Next purchase. The double packaging is genius.

It is the first time I try this brand, I saw them advertising strongly on Italian tv so I thought the offer was a nice way to try it out. Bought the blue variety. The coffe is strong and a bit bitter but as I take it with milk the bitterness fades away. I used with a nespresso compatible breville machine (sort of like the essenza mini, the compact espresso machine) and it makes a dense coffee with a considerable cream I was pleasantly surprised by it because it does not come that creamy with other brands. I like the fact that they are individually packed, keep in mind the capsule are plastic. I am not sure if I will buy again the same variety maybe I will try the other blends to see if there is a better one for me but overall Is not bad. Keep in mind I do not regularly drink the capsules, my main use is the moka bialetti with lavazza, illy brand coffee. I also noticed with these capsule the coffee came out less watery and more concentrated respect to other brands capsules. If I wanted to make it a long shot I had to push the 'long' button twice. If I wanted to make a short espresso it was perfectly short and dense and creamy. Update Jan 2024: after consuming all of the pods I finally decided I love this coffee makes a beautiful cream and dense coffee !

Black blend Espresso/Ristretto It was good but not quite as good as the original Nespresso black Espresso/Ristretto blends. It’s perfect for café au lait! Great value for the price, I will buy more. The nitrogen sealed pods are difficult to store if you don’t have a lot of space available. Strength excellent. Taste, just a bit of bitterness but I realize that this is a personal taste and wouldn’t bother most espresso fans.

Bardzo szybka dostawa, jednak przy ekspresie Nespresso essenza mini niezle trzeba się nagimnastykować przy wlozeniu prawidlowo kapsulki. Jesli chodzi o smak, próbowalam lepsze ale to jest kwestia indywidualna.

Wrapped in air proof pouch , however the actual capsule is plastic (not aluminum) and doesn’t operate well in original Nespresso machine. Flavour is ok but not impressed, cannot recommend
