I run a CNC based business and have tried almost every brand of endmills available. These bits are the best I've found. The value is beyond great. They leave a smooth bottom in pockets and last longer than endmills several times the cost. Normally I find that cheaper bits sometimes cut just as good as the top price bits but don't last as long, not these Hozly bits they both cut better and last and have a longer life. I buy the 6mm, 1/8th regularly and just received the 5/16th. It's hard to believe they are this good for the price but it's true. The other day I misjudged and hit a aluminum clamp with the bit and it just kept going and I let it finish the tool path and the cuts were still great!

I've cut 20 MDF sheets ranging from 1/4" to 3/4" with a single 1/8" endmill. All full DOC, never a single issue. These offer amazing value for money. 5 stars

These little bits cut better than a lot of the more expensive bits I have. I am using them in my CNC machine and I can use a faster travel speed, a deeper pass depth and a larger stepover than I thought would be possible with a bit this small. The only issue I have had is that I broke 2 of them by accidentally hitting a clamp. I also ruined one trying to cut some acrylic. It cut the acrylic just fine but I had the speed set wrong and I burned the bit beyond any further use. I am going to buy another package of them before the price goes up, although I would probably buy them even at a higher price.

Great bit, exceptional value, perfect for cutting clean circles. A light touch of sanding after you are done and you are ready for the next step in your project. Will definitely buy again when needed.

These bits are great for the price but make sure you put the proper bit diameter offset in your CAM software. Mine measured to .132 inches in diameter. If you entered .125inches or 3.175mm you parts will not be the proper dimension. As far as the the cut quality, I'm impressed. I have been cutting quite conservatively 1/4 inch deep at 100 ipm. I've cut up multiple full sheets of 4x8 plywood with the same bit and no signs of dulling. I will buy again

I have a dremel that I have been using for router work on pine trim molding while rebuilding our fire damaged 1912 home. I had purchased a couple sets of HSS Titanium Router Bits, only to find them pretty much worthless after a few inches of cutting in soft pine. I was attempting a 3/8" deep channel 3/4" x 5" and they would just lose their edge in a few inches. Using little pressure and only going 1/8"' deep per pass made no difference, they just seemed to be decorative toys. These Hozly bits are the real deal. They will cut soft pine like warm butter. They work really swell in a Dremel, just be sure to use a wrench to tighten your chuck.

Using these bits in my Fox Alien CNC. Cut quality is good. Life seems to be good (no dulling after 5hrs of cutting in laminated hdf). Time will tell but for the price you can't go wrong
