I love having these as an option on the days I need to quickly meet my protein goals. The taste is sweet/sour side but I don’t mind as I like sweet and sour tasting sweets so is perfect for me. I love that it’s such little liquid but so high in protein. Quality is good. Will continue buying.

First and foremost this product does its job. Packing 20g of protein into a 60ml shot. I do not like trying to force down 250ml of double choc protein shake after a workout, it just feels like too much. These on the other hand i can down easily. The flavour is...average. Mine was very coconut-ty and was not unpleasant. The texture I found to be...thick and somewhat syrupy. These though are for people who just need to get the nutrition in and flavour is a secondary consideration. Very handy to keep in a gym bag or lunchbox. Overall very happy.

Good protein amount but taste disgusting there’s no flavour just that “brown” vitamin taste but sour. Would not buy again made me gag my husband and my daughter. Smell awful too

I’ve used twice before for trips abroad and have this morning just come on with the intention of ordering more for an upcoming trip. Shocked to see that in less than a year they’ve more than doubled in price. They taste vile as other reviews have mentioned, it’s a horrible thick, gloopy liquid and also the plastic wrapping can be a complete pain to get off of the lids - not ideal if you’re in a rush. All of this was a necessary evil though to top up your protein intake, but now for almost a fiver per shot? Absolutely not, complete rip off!

Quite a few reviews focus on the taste and while it is unique to me it's not all that unpleasant. Easy to drink in a single swallow and packs the wallop of a full-size protein shake. Additionally, if like me you have a sensitive stomach (I have to use protein isolate as normal whey protein is hard for me to digest) it's not as harsh on the lining as other protein drinks. Only downside is the cost which lets face it is nuts, but that's the premium on convenience I guess.
