If you have a rv with a rubber roof This product is excellent. It will protect from rain and sun. Your roof will be cooler in the sun. I should it done this when I first got my rv. I love it. It’s better than I thought

This worked great on the RV I'm renovating. It has a TPO roof and it is recommended to use a silacine base sealant. The roof was in poor condition. After a good cleaning and prep, it covered nice and adhered.

I wanted to seal the roof of my old aluminum trailer before winter and after a lot of research I settled on this product. It is super thick and forms an impenetrable flexible barrier. I did clean the surface carefully and applied an aluminum primer before rolling on this coating. I did make one mistake and that was underestimating how much sealer I needed (I was thinking paint). This gallon was barely enough to coat my 12x6 ft trailer because it goes on very, very thick. I would have liked to have applied a second coat but I didn't want to buy another gallon. The single coat is going to be just fine for me. When this stuff cures it is incredibly durable.

My back yard lawn care shed had a couple leaks in the roof, but instead of patching just one or two spots, I wanted to coat the entire roof surface. That roof is approximately 80 sq ft(8 x 10), so following instructions, I knew I would need at least a gallon for each coat. I had prepped the surface with my own Dawn de-greaser, and I rinsed it really well, then let it dry for two days. Application of this product with a heavy nap roller went well, as it left a nice thick coat. Well I must have left too much with that roller, because the first gallon did not make it the whole 80sq ft, I had to open the second gallon and use some of it. When the first coat dried, I began to apply the second coat, but had to apply it much thinner than I wanted to, just so I could get it over the whole roof which I just barely did. My suggestion is that after you figure out how many gallons you will need for two or three coats, go ahead and buy an additional gallon just in case. So far for the short-term, this BEEST Silicone RV Roof Coating Temperature Reducing White RV Roof Sealant has performed outstandingly! I no longer have any leaks, and this stuff is tough also when dry.
