Electric fairy butterfly wings

I have never written an Amazon review in my life but have to for these. I can’t count the compliments we received when my daughter wore these for Halloween. She is in kindergarten and starting with her morning parade at school, countless parents asked where I got them. Fast forward 12 hours when we were trick or treating, I could see her from a mile away, as could every car! They flap adorably and the lights are beautiful. They are a bit of a task to put together but totally worth the final product.

As other mention in review, it will require you to assembly yourself, but not too hard, kid have fun to put it together with daddy less than an hour. The wing moves properly and music. Music box is sounds is low quality but kid is super happy with it. It fits well on my 6 years old, and I try myself, it works for both of us. It makes me want to get one for myself too!!

The wings came with picture instructions so some things we had to figure out on our own. She wore them for part 1 of her party, we had another event planned for tomorrow and only one wing works. A waste of money unless you’re looking for one time use.UPDATE: they sent a new product and my daughter is enjoying it

So I was trying to unscrew it to out the batteries in and even had to ask my boyfriend for help so we just decided to break it open and instead of a regular screw they just used a nail to keep it closed. So I'm pretty upset about what happened with this and that we had to break it to open the back of it.

I’m disappointed in the absence of color. Functionally, it worked fine. I hate to send it back. I’m Hoping the Company will Send replacement wing parts.
